New Press Tooling

Our press toolmakers adhere to APS Tooling Standards and ensure that our press tooling specifications are followed throughout the tool design and manufacture stages.

In addition, our experienced Engineers personally check the designs of sub-contract press toolmakers before any material is ordered. All designs also have to satisfy our requirements relating to capability, durability and material utilisation before being signed off.

Tool Maintenance

Our in house tool room has successfully refined and maintained hundreds of press tools.

We can assess customer demand for critical spares and store high volume, long lead time and vulnerable items. In addition, a network of proven local sub-contract press toolmakers allows us to offer rapid turnaround for replacement parts.
