Deburring

APS has a fully equipped deburring and washing department capable of providing high quality presswork finishing solutions.

The ceramic vibro-deburr barrels are suited to sturdier pressings. Components are washed and hot air dried via a conveyor system prior to packing.

Maize media is also available for more delicate pressings. This process dulls sharp corners, polishes surfaces and dries components.

Sub-Contract Finishing

An extensive selection of pressing plating and pressing painting services can be provided by one of our sub-contractors, who are conveniently located within a few miles of our factory in the West Midlands.

The most popular finishes include Black EP Paint, Zinc Plating, Zinc/Nickel Plating and Plastic over-moulding.
