Whittington FC League success.

APS would like to congratulate Whittington F.C. on becoming league champions of division 2 in the Staffordshire County senior league.

Whittington will now take their place in league 1 next season which is the 8th tier of the English Football League system.

Our own Ben Smith (electrical maintenance engineer) is a member of the current squad, which almost achieved a league and cup double, narrowly missing out in the cup final where they were defeated 2-0 by Leek C.S.O.B.
