Component Feasibility
Product designers often do not fully understand the capabilities of the manufacturers processes.

Here at APS we have many Engineers with years of metal forming experience who can advise product designers on the feasibility of manufacturing their component designs. Including assistance with VE/VA cost saving analysis.

Development of Tooling & Manufacturing Process
Our single biggest strength is our ability to plan and design for efficient and capable manufacturing process. Having gained an international reputation from global companies such as Delphi Automotive, Ford of America, NSK Steering Systems Japan, GKN Sintered Metals and Nissan Showa Europe.

We pride ourselves on the flexibility of our team who will if necessary stagger shift or work overtime to enable suppliers to be delivered, especially when an unexpected deadline has to be met.

Project Management
Every new product is project managed by a team lead by the key account manager who reports and liaise's with the relevant customers.

Tooling engineering, quality engineering, purchase and production are all represented in the project teams. Each being responsible for their own area of the project, the overall coordination being the responsibility of the key account managers.
